Across the road from fabulous Coopers Beach. 150 metres to beach reserve and playground with easy access to 2km of golden sands. 300 metres to shops and restaurant. Large deck with all outdoor furniture and barbeque to take in great views of the beach and 180 degree views of Doubtless Bay. Our holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and full stove. Lounge/dinning area has TV with freeview, DVD, radio/stereo system, gas fire and air conditioning unit. Fully equipped to make for a fun holiday with 2 Kayaks, fishing gear, bicycles, boogie boards and golf clubs free for you to use.
An ideal location to explore the Far North, visit the famous Mangonui Fish Shop and wander around this historic area and enjoy the lovely Restraurants on the Mangonui.
Relax and listen to the sound of the waves on the beach.

Summary: Great location, older house but everything we needed for a family group of 7, even 2 bathrooms. Queen bed in the back bedroom a bit too thin for comfort.

Summary: We would like to thank you Warren for letting us stay at your property with short notice. It was a treat to be able to come from camping to a nice place to stay for a night close to where we were camping. There were 9 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our teenager children liked how close the basktetball court was and how everything was at a walking distance, how relaxing and close to the beautiful beaches, also all the things our children could use that were at the property. Totally enjoyed the fishing too as it was only 5 minutes away. Thank you for our stay

Summary: Communication with Warren was effective and straightforward. No need to communicate once check in details were received. The home itself was great, a great area with fantastic views and the secure, fully-fenced grounds were perfect for our dogs. The linen and beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were great and worked perfectly. The only downside was one neighbour who thought themselves to be in a rock band, playing off kilter drums until well past 11pm and then finished off the show by having a verbal yelling match with their partner. They also attempted to park their car over the driveway and block one of cars in. Overall though, as we didn't necessarily spend tons of time in the home (2 nights), we would stay again.

Summary: Great place to stay - the house had everything we needed and was just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes more to the shops. Great to be able to bring our dog along too. Everything was clean and well maintained and it was a bonus to have an en-suite on the bedroom too. Thanks for a great stay.
