OCEAN SIDE, BEACH ACCESS. This spacious 4 Bedroom 4 Bath HOUSE (sleeps 10) is conveniently located on the ocean side of the resort and it's just a short walk away from the beach crossover.
With over 1800 sq. feet of living space, this house features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to the beach. "Sea You Soon" has cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout. Two well furnished balconies (one off the family room & one off the master bedroom) makes this house the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Relax to the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from either of the two private shaded balconies. There is also additional patio space located under the house which adds tons of shaded space for grilling, games, & just relaxing by the pond. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, over-sized tub, and access out to the balcony. The other two bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature a queen bed in one room, and two twin beds in the other. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen bed. The property also has two roll away beds, a pack n play, a high chair, and toys & games for the family!
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.
*RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.
The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

Summary: This beach house was wonderful. The views from the balconies were fantastic. Was perfect for cross-generation family members. Rooms and layout are very nice. Beach area was nice and clean and not very crowded even with being there the weekend after the 4th of July. Only heads up is there are a lot of stairs that can be tough on older adults. The walk to beach is not too bad but definitely can be grueling when loaded up with beach gear and the beach Boardwalk only has stairs at both ends and no ramps. Also we regretted not looking into renting a golf cart for easy travel to the resort pool and other areas.

Summary: We loved our stay here. It felt very private as it wasn’t busy around the house nor was the beach crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and cooking utensils which was a plus when cooking for ten people! Beds were comfortable and everyone had their own space. I would say the only thing lacking was maybe some extra blankets (more sheets for rollaway beds) and beach towels but we did come prepared and brought our own so it wasn’t too big of an issue. Point West was very easy to communicate with and sent texts with updates including food trucks that would be out by the pool which was nice. Overall, we had a very nice time and comfortable stay!

Summary: Property was amazing! It had more than we were expecting. The house had extra beds (cots) if needed, a pack and play, toys for the kids, beach toys, boogie boards and even a high chair. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only thing missing was oven mits (not sure if I missed them). The house is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to both pools on property. You can walk to pool but we have littles ones. The sunsets are great and both decks are great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also in great condition. This is definitely a must stay. We will be back with our family.
