Summary: The room was as clean as it could be but the old, old smell of cigarettes in the rug still overwhelms the room. The air gaps in the door. Curtains that could not block out the night time outside lighting and sun. The low water pressure that was warm, but never hot. Then the early, check in mentioned 30 minutes early, never happened and our room was not ready for an extra 45 minutes. If they could get rid of the smell it would be an okay place to take a low budget, laid back and low expectations visit.

Summary: We stayed for 1 night, which is fine for there. The room was very clean and the carpet and paint appear to have been recently done. However, the furnishings and bathroom need major updates.

Summary: We just needed a place to sleep for the night so this was fine. The look of the place and the rooms were outdated and a little run down. The air conditioner in our room was noisy. The continental breakfast was just cereal and toast, with coffee and juice. Still it was fine for a place to sleep.

Summary: This property needs heaps and heaps of love and restoration. The rooms were not super clean and there were lots of blemishes from obvious repairs (sheet rock) and doors that look like they were battered open. The property was very quiet given it was the middle to end of the week. I suspect they get a lot of weekend beach traffic in the summer. The AC did work great. And all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. You can save a bit of money at this location but you make a sacrifice on how the rooms are in comparison.

Summary: We had no hot water. We had to run the shower at least 10 minutes to get the hot water. Other than that it was ok
