Summary: Loved it, would 100% stay again, tip would be to stock up at big supermarket on the way as local one has limited stock.

Positive: It is a new apartment with small pool, close to the sea. There is pine forest between the house and the sea which was very beautiful. The apartment was clean, modernly equipped.
Negative: We came in the beginning of October, so after the season. The pool was not cleaned, there were pieces of flowers and insect in the bottom of the pool. There were hairs in the washbasin in bathroom. Towels were not prepared on the bed as it is usual in Croatia. We had to find them by ourselves in wardrobes. It looked like many people before us already did the same and touched the towels. We had to buy bathroom & kitchen equipment - toilet paper, washing powder for washing machine, washing sponge for dishes. There were incredible number of flies everywhere in the flat (I think this is because there are public trashes close to the property that are not well maintained. The hosts sent us how to get to the property but was not interested at all if we arrived, etc. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 3 days from personal reasons. But we paid for 14 days. I know there is written that no refunds are possible, but I would expect the host will at least provide some refund to us, given the fact it was October we definitely did not block the apartment for other guests. He wanted to pay EURO 50 for our dog for 3 days. This has nothing to do with Croatian hospitality - completely missing.

Positive: The property was very spacious and clean. The pool was a great addition to it. It was very comfortable overall.
Negative: The location is very peaceful but not the best for cycling and it is also quite a ride to a grocery store as the one in the village is not stocked as one would wish. We could also use some more equipment and basic necessities in the kitchen.
