Fully renovated house of 150m2, comprising living room with open fitted kitchen, opening onto a large terrace and the sea, 3 double bedrooms and Shower room with washer-dryer, separate WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, dormitory with 4 single beds, 1 baby bed, a TV area, a bathroom and separate WC.

The house has direct access to the beach, a pétanque court. Possibility to park 3 vehicles in the private courtyard.

Summary: We spend a week with family (6 adults, 4 kids) in the house and had a dream stay. Beautiful house, located 1m away from the beach, with a splendid views and amazing surrounding and close to a local fish store, fantastic.

Summary: This is an excellent holiday property with a stunning panoramic sea view. There were 10 people in our group including 4 teenagers & 2 dogs. There was plenty of room & the upstairs dormitory was perfect for the boys. We had beautiful beach walks with the dogs & there was plenty of outdoor space for everyone . The property was perfectly situated for lots of different activities, including land yachting , kayaking or paddle boarding (which the boys greatly enjoyed ) & of course for all the WW history & memorials. Communication with Etienne was quick & easy. I highly recommend this property for a fantastic holiday with friends & family . We all had great time.

Summary: House is located superb! Close to the beach, lovely view on the beach and sea. Some nice fish and oystershops, only a 5min walk away. House was decribed very well, no surprises. Communication with landlord and local contact was also top.

Summary: The house is wonderful, we loved it and would love to come here again. It is located just by the beach in Asnelles. The house is modern and very fresh, and the service from the owner was spotless. The only remark is that the kitchen could be better equipped.

Summary: We had a great stay in the Easter holidays. The location is a good base for viewing all of the Normandy sites. The house was brand new and we found out on arrival that we were the first visitors! The house is literally on the beach and when the tide goes out you can walk over to the Mulberry harbour or all the way to Arromanches if you're feeling energetic. There is a huge amount of space to play on the beach so perfect for families. The house was well equipped and has a great common area in and out. The only drawback was the local amenities. We found only two local restaurants within walking distance and the shops have limited opening hours. Get to the patisserie early if you want a croissant! Overall a wonderful house with amazing views highly recommended.
