Positive: Property was spacious and centrally located.
Negative: Host became non responsive when asked for early check in- we arrived at 5AM with a 3 year old and 6 year old. Asked for early afternoon with no response. Room was not as described- no fridge, damp towels (not from us) and dirty bathroom. Quite a few small bugs in the room. Unable to cook as nothing to cook with- stove top but no pots/pans. Had to ask for a fridge. The free pool and the paid pool were both filthy, so much so we did not use them after trying each once. Full of dirt and visible debris- I wouldn’t want my children or myself swimming in it. Very busy checking in service- chaotic to be honest- waiting over an hour.

Positive: The roof top swimming pool and location are great.
Negative: Our apartment was a bit jaded. Very old tv that didn’t work, no hot water, no cups or saucers. Silly things that could be sorted out with an hour’s maintenance.
Summary: It was okay. For what we paid it was value for money.

Positive: The placement was really good and the cleaning personel was so nice og quick to act, when we did not get enough towels for the amount we had ordered.
Negative: The service was so bad. Rude at the reception and not at all helpful. The line was long (but thats okay) but the personel at the reception was very rude. (we were at the reception multiple times, because the room lacked a few things (towels, toilet-paper etc.)(also we had to aks for it multiple times) and the room was done 2 hours after initial check in. Also, the personel wanted to hold us back 15 minutes, when we checked out, so that they could see if we had broken anything (this was not said to us at any point, so we did not have the time, because we had a bus waiting for us) - we had to beg to let us go, so that we could get the bus in time. (again VERY rude personel at the reception)
Summary: Good room, view and cleaning - very rude and bad service at reception.
