Positive: Great location, beautiful deck, good separation/privacy between bedrooms, host was exceptionally helpful, even arranging transportation from the airport and telling us about local restaurants, local interesting sites to see, etc.
Negative: WIFI was out when we got there, despite host having tech out at least twice during our five day stay WIFI never worked. Host tried to provide work around with a cell phone and hot spot but this did not work for the computer. We were down there to buy a boat and WIFI was a necessary tool so we ended up having to spend time at the local marina for critical items and limping along without for everything else. Also, microwave didn't work. There was a small toaster oven and again we made due.
Summary: Over all this place served us very well and we enjoyed our staying.

Positive: Location, size, people looking after the property were very supportive and helpful, washed towels on request, gas barbeque, views from balcony, everything available for self catering , close to supermarket and Jolly Harbour, safe and beautiful area
Negative: no air con in living room, very outdated shower, property needs updating

Positive: Jolly Harbour is basically a little condo development with attached homes, a marina, beach, tennis, pool, restaurants, and a grocery store. We liked being able to walk to all of those places and having a kitchen to make our own meals. The home was quiet and having A/C in the bedrooms was really great because it gets quite hot in Antigua. Giuliana was incredibly welcoming and helpful and checked in via WhatsApp every day to make sure we were all set with everything. It was an easy place to stay for a few quiet days by the beach.
Negative: The home is nice & clean, but really basic. This was fine for us, but if you're used to any sort of luxury, this place isn't that. Driving in Antigua involves very narrow roads with a lot of potholes and rough patches, so if you're not an experienced driver in that type of setting, take taxis.
Summary: A nice family trip to a quiet corner of the Caribbean. Thank you to Giuliana for taking care of us!

Positive: Beautiful deck on the water, tree and flowers full of hummingbirds, great location close to the beach, pool and restaurants. 2 upstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one guest bathroom downstairs - even with a washing machine.
Summary: Giuliana, the property manager did an outstanding job even before we arrived and then welcoming us.

Positive: Excellent location, efficient cleaning half way through stay with clean bed linen, towels etc., manager Giuliana exceedingly helpful.
Negative: More comfortable sofa in living area. Hand rail would have been appreciated on stairs, especially for older people

Positive: The apartment is ideally located for access to Jolly Beach with its beach bars and also only a short walk / drive to the supermarket and the other facility around the marina. A big plus was free access to the marina swimming pool which my wife used every day, typically having the pool to herself. A parking space is provided and the aircon in the bedrooms was very efficient with a ceiling fan for main reception room. The deck outside of this room was great for breakfast in the early mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with pots / pans and utensils and, although it is a little dated, we had everything we needed to prepare our meals

Positive: Great location with our own private deck/jetty and 2 min walk from the amazing Jolly beach. Comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to help us in every way possible
