Summary: Bed was probably 40 years old and incredibly uncomfortable. mattress incredibly worn out and no support left. Room is dated, which was fine but the cleanliness and comfort was surprisingly low for the price. Location was great.

Summary: Place is supper outdated. Only one wall cooler in living area. I had to ask for a fan for my room because it was so hot. Customer service was good very attentive and trying to help . The cable in the TV in the living room did not work fan in the restroom was super loud just super outdated the location

Summary: Location is nice, not in the very crowded area but still a few minute walk away from the restos and very near the Casino. The view from my room is breathtaking and worth the extra cost. The room was not well maintained, the door from the kitchen was falling apart, the main door was rusty at the bottom, the sofa bed had stains and one almost does not want to sit down, we covered it with towels as it looked really dirty, and once you sit you feel that it was breaking, during the night when the sofa bed was opened to be used as a bed, the feet part literally had no support, the wires holding it were not there, we had to put the pillows/cushions beneath the feet part just to avoid the lower body from being much lower than the head while sleeping. The terrace had the best view but the floor was not very stable.

Summary: They pick your luggage up at the dock when you arrive and that I like. We arrived early so they hold your luggage until it’s time to check in. In talking to the clerk at the desk I was asking about making sure our rooms were next to each other as we had kids that would be wanting to go back and forth. She was able to arrange it for us. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here before and some of the rooms needed to be updated back then and I was sad to see they hadn’t been done. There is lots of chipped or broken tiles in the kitchen. There was no oven rack in the oven and a dirty plate in it. It only had one small pan and pot, 2 plates, a couple bowls and a couple utensils. Also, the dishwasher, light in the living room, and fan in the kitchen didn’t work. The slider for my room didn’t lock and neither did the door for our other room. So I didn’t get much sleep. At night whoever had the room behind ours had music blaring and could hear it all through the bathroom wall. They have changed owners and I hope they fix some things in the rooms. I really didn’t like that they no longer take your luggage back to the dock when you leave. So we had to get a taxi for $25.00 to take it all. If it weren’t for the staff I would have gone somewhere else. I am going back next month and not sure if I would stay there again

Summary: Very outdated hotel, based for early check in, wasn't available, then got my room and ac wasn't working, moved to another room and a portable ac unit was set up in the room, appliances were all from the 80s. My personal opinion the amount they charge for rooms they should invest into renovating and upgrading the rooms. The only thing modern I will say is the TV.

Summary: The young lady at the reception was very nice. The room condition was really bad, old and dirty. My family booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms on 1st floor are barely acceptable condition; one of the microwave was rusted really bad inside, fire hazard! The room on 2nd floor was really outdated, dirty sofa and furnitures and super dirty carpet. We paid $400 plus for each room included tax and resort fee, totally not worth it. Lucky we only stayed for 1 night.

Summary: Staff was pleasant and helpful. Ocean view from the balcony was nice. However, the property and buildings were in rough shape. The room was in extremely poor condition. Everything was from the 1970s and not refurbished or repaired since then.
