Stunning new modern 4 Bedroomh home situated in the exclusive Copper Coast Marina.

Master Bedroom consists of king size bed, Ensuite with walk in robe and TV. Two bedrooms offer 2 Queen size beds with Bunk bed in third bedroom which has a double on the bottom and single on the top. There are also 4 good quality spare mattresses to sleep a further 4 people (bedding for extra ppl must be provided by yourself).
Main TV lounge has leather reclining lounge with cup holders which seats nine comfortably with large 65" TV, with USB facility and DVD player to play movies.
Modern Kitchen with all appliances including Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave.
8 seater dining table which converts into a pool table.
For those unfortunate rare days when the weather isn't so good we have a Playstation 3 in the front lounge room (rumpus room) with games for kids, for the adults we have a new modern pool table in the dining area with all the accessories you need to be the pool champion of the holiday!!
Good sized Laundry with washing machine and dryer for the larger family.
Reverse cycle air -conditioning zoned and separately controlled for each bedroom
Outside area has pergola with table and chairs and BBQ for leisurely entertaining after a hard day at the Beach.
Electric roller shutters on each window for those long sleepins.
Linen supplied @ $10 Per Person (mandatory)

Summary: 2nd year return to great house. Great location, clean, comfortable living areas and comfortable beds. All amenities as listed besides the coffee machine (owner advised damaged by previous tenant) after we had arrived. Dishwasher unfortunately was not working and owner willing to have someone repair whilst we were there. Owner was easy and very responsive 😊 Overall, another great week away with the family and hoping to rebook for next year.
