Magnificent, expansive views that sweep across Tasman Bay & the beautiful Western Ranges, the Waimea Inlet, Rabbit Island & the coastline of the Abel Tasman National Park!
This spacious, comfortable & light-filled home offers wonderful presentation, quality furnishings & superb comfort.
Seabreeze (3 Bedroom) can also be booked as the larger Seabreeze (4 bedroom) giving exclusive use of the property & additional space, bathrooms etc.
Alternatively the smaller Seabreeze Apartment (1 bedroom studio) can be booked.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Seabreeze 3 is one of two bookable parts at this address: the other part being the immediately adjacent Seabreeze Apartment (studio apartment). To book this together, please see our combined listing 'Seabreeze (4 bedrooms)'.
- These two bookable parts are separated internally by a wall & door that is locked on both sides (this can be opened if both parts are booked together).
- The balcony areas are substantially separated by a frosted glass partition.
- We ask that occupants of each property are mindful of the occupants of the other, particularly in respect of noise & privacy.
Off-street parking, rubbish & recycling facilities & WiFi are shared between Seabreeze 3 and Seabreeze Apartment. All other amenities are provided separately.

Summary: This is a very nice property. Quality, comfortable furnishings throughout and a fully equipped kitchen if you can to do some cooking on vacation. The views from the patio are awesome!

Summary: Really Enjoyed the place It had everything we needed Quite a drive to get to if wanting to travel back and forth to town which was our requirement but this will be better when new road gets through and roadworks sorted. Would stay again once access sorted

Summary: The property was superb. Everything we needed was there and the view was spectacular with amazing sunsets. Comfortable beds, clean linen, plenty of utensils. The entire property was clean and very easy to live in. Two very minor criticisms - couldn't access TVNZondemand and an extra toilet roll in each bathroom for the length of stay.

Summary: Very good service from manager , comfortable accommodation n beautiful house. The only minor issue was microwave doesn't work due to the key lock function. Had contacted the manager n issued has been fixed but when we want to use the same issue happened again..should leave the manual book in the house. Overall the house is superb..Will come again. Thanks for the owner.

Summary: Very well appointed, large living area and deck, nice big rooms and wide stairs, very comfortable and warm. Our stay was for six people for five nights at very short notice (booked in the morning, arrived that evening) yet they had the place ready for us. Note the beds are fairly firm, but we would very happily stay again another time. A cell phone contact for the property manager would be good as when we left we rang to say so but were unable to leave a message.
