Negative: Alot of spider webs when opening windows and doors The upstairs freezer had stuff left in it and required a big clean out A text with the code as well as an email would have made things easier.

Positive: The property was extremely spacious. Our party of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren was easily accommodated. The beautiful Peppermint Grove beach was a mere 10 minute walk. The host Sarah was very responsive to any query we had. As another reviewer noted the oven did not seem to heat properly. Having read this we came prepared with an air fryer and slow cooker as we knew we wanted to do a fair amount of in house catering. It didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay. We got an excellent rate for the booking too.

Positive: Quiet location. Great balcony with good views, this was a real focal point for us. Large rooms, plenty of space, plenty of parking, we had 11 people with 5 cars. Very clean, quite new. There is an air hockey / pool / table tennis table (combined). Aircon works well. Good barbecue on the balcony.

Negative: Some rooms did not have block-out blinds. The oven is small and underpowered. The induction stove top is underpowered. Hence not suitable for cooking for a large group. One chewed-up ping pong ball provided.

Summary: A great place to stay if you are not planning to cook inside much.
