Positive: This house was exceptional! We truly enjoyed the space, ability to use pantry basics and cook at home and the beds were extremely comfortable! The views of ocean and mountains were enjoyed especially at sunset!
Negative: Nothing at all!

Positive: The property was in lovely condition and great to have so many different places to sit, both inside and outside. Great to have four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sound system in the living room is fantastic for watching movies.
Negative: The main bedroom suffers from both the noisy water pump and the light that comes through the glass door from the east-facing bathroom window that doesn't have a blind. The kitchen is lacking a few things (or it was difficult to find them). I also didn't appreciate being contacted by the hosts (Holiday Nelson) via my personal phone on the Sunday before our trip asking for my email account. This appears to be a result of them not wanting to contact me via Booking.com. Finally, although the house is near the airport, it is a 20 -30 min drive because there is no direct road (the location would be fine if you only wanted to go to Nelson city center).
Summary: Overall was ok, but I don't think we'll stay here again
