Summary: Good location, good value for money, house is a bit dated but is good and spacious, the rubbish collection seems to be a bit of a delay with meaning previous tenants waste is in the bin when you get there, had problems with the dishwasher, Leanne was very attentive to our request and had a repair man there the next day, unfortunately the repair didn’t work and we were gone before the new part arrived for the machine so lots of washing up for the week.

Summary: Lovely location near a beach and short drive to Kilmore. Great food in the area and 30 min drive from wexford town. However a lot things in the house were either faulty or left in poor upkeep. A list the length of my arm that was unacceptable. The quality of your accommodation depends upon on how the previous visitors left the premises in.

Summary: The location of the house was excellent-just a short walk from beach and good cycling routes. The home offers what can best be described as adequate comfort and basic necessities. The bins were full to overflowing on arrival with additional bags of household waste in the garden. Very strong smell from a recently repaired leak under the kitchen sink - saturated dishcloths and other items were the reason Dishwasher was not working. The only kitchen knife was damaged and dangerous. The fridge was not defrosted. No teapot or coffee pot -small teapot provided when requested. Coffee pot ‘not usually supplied’. The addition of a towel rail and or hook for en-suite would help. En-suite window locked with no key. Other toilet window rusted shut.

Summary: Stayed for a week in July. The location of the house is great. Short walk to Ballyhealy beach and a short drive to kilmore quay. Mary Barry’s pub is a 5 minute drive away. However the house is in need of some upgrading which would have made our stay a lot more pleasurable. Everything is old and gone beyond being able to be properly cleaned. The kitchen is poorly equipped and the dishwasher doesn’t work properly. 3 futons in the living area are grubby and uncomfortable. There are no curtains on any of the bedroom windows . Overall disappointing for what could be a great house .

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in the Carlton Village and the kids had a ball-the location is absolutely stunning and the walled garden with the pool was a huge attraction for the children and they loved the activities there.the staff at the pool are very attentive and friendly.We will be returning as we all loved it so much

Summary: We had a very enjoyable holiday at the Carelton village near Youghal, the Villa was spotless, spacious and with all mod cons. Kristina in the office was very helpful with ideas of places to visit. no questions were unanswered and she greeted us with a very pleasant smile every time we paid her a visit. Leahy's Farm is a must for anyone visiting this area, and for all ages. Overall we would highly recommend this complex .
