Positive: It was clean and stylish. The apt has comfy beds and a nice couch.
Negative: You can hear everything. The second bedroom didn't have a window so not possible to let some fresh air in. The neighbors above us were so loud until two o'clock in the night and you can hear a lot It wasn't possible to sleep. They tell you to be quiet after 10 pm and if otherwise that the security will be involved but they don't say anything what to do when the neighbors are loud in the night. So we didn't have anyone to turn to.

Negative: The apartment wasn’t clean. There was a mold in the bathroom, dust in the rooms, dirty curtains… Fortunately the staff cleaned the room on hour request. There wasn’t any night lamp in the living room.

Positive: Apartment is new, well equiped, cozy and clean. Really close to bug part and see. It is also dog friendly location. Small grocery store is part of the building.
Negative: We had some problems with water and electricity malfunction, but only like for 1 hour. it was not an issue.
Summary: Highly recommended.
