Summary: The property is pretty much as described, key areas were clean although for me the oven, blinds in living area and outside garden area needed to be tidied.

Summary: Loved our stay here! Location to the beautiful beach and estuary walkways was perfect.The property was clean, spacious & handy to transport. It had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of clothing storage. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked lovelyI would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet getaway!

Summary: We occupied spotless, well equipped above ground basement 1 bedroom suite for 2 months in summertime weather. Would need larger heater in winter months. Basic TV and weak WiFi. Host was helpful and easy to work with and any issues were dealt with promptly. Pool and area was spotless but water is unheated so cold. Garden needs weeding but otherwise interiors are exactly as advertised and shown. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beach is to die for. Parking is easy. Neighbourhood is very safe. Good value. We hope to return in coming years.

Summary: While the Beach Flat is not “super fancy,” it was VERY clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and we liked the full size kitchen. And, you cannot beat being able to walk right out to the beach. Loved being able to “host” Robert’s dog, Jazz, for brief periods - she is “an oldie but a goodie.” ??

Summary: The flat had everything we needed, the kitchen was easy to cook in. The beach behind the flat was perfect for walking, it was also an easy drive into downtown Christchurch.
