Positive: The Location and the home interior. Plenty of Room for everyone, stocked with everything you need, Coffee and Keurig, also an instapot. The host is wonderful, we Booked for Thanksgiving 2026 as it was already taken for 2025. The Hot Tub is amazing with a good view of the ocean.
Negative: Driving up 10th to the house, the Curb appeal left a bit to be desired but after a bit it was obvious they are improving everything and my suspicion is it will be painted this summer. The ocean side where the promenade is looks great, people admire as they get their exercise.

Positive: Location. Beautiful place, well equipped.
Negative: Freezer is in need of defrosting. Very full of frost. Some areas were not cleaned. It made me wonder about others. Best example- the inside of the bathroom door was very dirty from handprints by the doorknob.
Summary: We had a wonderful family time there. I would definitely recommend this house.

Positive: —The interior was tastefully done, with an attractive blend of architectural design and aesthetically pleasing elements. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-supplied, the walk in shower on the second floor a delight. —Loved the location where we could stand in the sunroom and see the shore in the distance, and only a half mile walk on the Promenade to town. —The large TV was a bonus, as was the hot tub, which was very popular during our stay (although was a bit “slimey” - maybe from too much chlorine?) —The owner was friendly, approachable and quick to reply to questions or problems we were having. He or she gets an A+
Negative: Some suggestions: —Seemed a bit pricey, but since we booked late (January), we took what we could find. —The sun room had a wonderful view of the coast, but the furniture was awkward to try to sit on. The day beds were really meant for reclining, but one wished for a couch or comfortable chairs to enjoy the view. The wicker hanging basket chairs at the south end of the room were very cute, but impossible to get comfortable in. —The dining room chairs are extremely heavy and difficult to slide on the wood floor for a disabled person (one of our party). Felt pads on the legs might help that. —The main floor bathroom would benefit from a small table or shelves to place body care accessories. —The exterior was a bit unkempt, the east facing wall clearly needing a good of paint.
Summary: The property gets an A- from our perspective! Overall the property and location were delightful and our 8-member family
