Positive: 2 min walk to the water close to shops etc... and little hideaway beach 7min drive and 3min walk down a small trail caught salmon and Taylor
Negative: Beds were abit hard but plenty of room and extra blankets to make them abit softer is the only thing I can say negative the rest was absolutely awesome

Negative: A few little things that were broken on arrival and can been replaced easily or repaired eg. chested draws , blinds ect.

Negative: Whole family absolutely loved their stay, perfect location! beautiful view of the ocean and beach is a hop, skip and jump away. Also, few to minutes drive to Ulladulla if you need to stock up on anything. The host provided 10/10 customer service. Will definitely stay again!

Positive: The ocean and lake view's were absolutely spectacular.
Negative: It was very untidy, the blinds are broken throughout the home. There was lots of dust along all the architraves and int sliding doors. There was dead cockroaches in the downstairs toilet and underneath the entertainment unit. The BBQ and the utensils were extremely dirty. There were footprints on the walls in the downstairs bedroom. The vacuum cleaner barrel was full and the vacuum cleaner would not work.

Positive: Beautiful views plenty of comfortable rooms for a family quite and relaxing place to stay close to Shops, Restaurants Clubs and coffee shops
Negative: Had to bring your own bed sheets and towels or pay extra to have them delivered to house for you which was at an extra cost. It would have been a lot nicer holiday if sheets and towels were provided rather than having to pay for it or bring your own only to have to take them home and have extra washing to do. I didn't see that bit until I had already book accommodation.
