Positive: Close walk to the beach. Heated pools. Elevators.
Negative: Condos seem to be very old. Reconstruction interrupted a few spots outside. Could be remodeled a little better but I've been in way worse condos at villa del sol. 1215 was a 8/10. Sheets in bedroom were dirty but plenty of towels, wash clothes, and blankets were provided. Owner didn't know the code to the cleaning closet so I couldn't sweep but he said it was okay because the cleaning lady knew it and would clean it.
Summary: All in all it was worth the money.

Negative: Having construction machinery and construction debris, not having available wifi or internet, TV doesn't work, they said no pets allowed, but I notice a few people walking their dogs on the property

Positive: Condo was super cute. Balcony was lovely. The view was pretty. Loved how close we were to the beach. Internet was great. The air conditioning was on point. Lots of pillows available and comfortable too! The little bunk beds were adorable. My youngest two loved them.
Negative: It's not that I didn't like this, but it would have been helpful to know that we would only be given 4 towels for 6 people for the entire stay. Also that the laundry facility was down. But we managed. Pool was too warm. The master bed was broken pretty bad and had wood pieces under the mattress. But surprisingly it was still pretty comfortable.
