Summary: You can’t get a better ocean view. It’s as simple as that. Condo is well cared for with nice furnishings. Ownership takes care of all issues (if any) quickly. Only 1 working elevator for 100 condos is the one negative. Usually up or down in 2-3 minutes unless at a peak time. But that’s building issue and is being worked on. We would absolutely stay here again.
