- You can park in our driveway - We have CCTV all outside the property- very safe

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard for my wife but I found it ok. Only pronlem was o l 1 towel for 2 people.

Summary: Prompt, clear communication with host. Very good Elwood location. "Studio" is a bit misleading as kitchen facilities are strictly those listed; no sink. I'm not keen on washing dishes in bathroom. Also no table to eat at; no comfy chair, only the bed to relax on. Pillows and doona very heavy, lumpy.OK for a shortcstay, but not great.

Summary: Generally clean but very smelly doona and pillows. A charge for cleaning and guess this includes linen. Articles generally smell due to bacterial content so these articles should be sanitised or disposed off. When linen is laundered unsatisfactorily by the host, who has charged for cleaning then that is not appropriate. As house adjoins another dwelling was kept awake by people next door the first night. On the second night there was an almighty disturbance next door which almost had me leaving the premises as I didn’t feel safe. Have asked host to sort this out for future guests.

Summary: It was a lovely little room to stay in. It does not have a dedicated kitchen space so be prepared to order food! Lovely area to stay in.

Summary: Fantastic location with excellent public transport connect to St Kilda and City. Easy walk to the beach. Round the corner from Elwood bakery and excellent coffee. Friendly host, Clean and comfortable I look forward to toying again next time I travel to Melbourne
