Beautiful 2-story modern home on 75 feet of pristine beachfront. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, boasting master suite with en-suite bathroom and access to second story oceanfront patio makes this home the ideal place to relax and unwind. one king, two queen beds, two futons, one sleeper sofa. Family reunions, business travelers, friends traveling together are all Welcome. Take advantage of this beachfront location to enjoy surfing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and miles of beach combing walks. All spacious bedrooms are upstairs master offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. On the first floor you'll find a living and dining area with a full wall of sliding doors inviting you to take in the beach view and convenient private beach walk over to your own secluded beach. A fully accessorized kitchen with solid surface counters and stainless steel appliances is available for entertaining and romantic dinners. On the ground floor access with and adjacent patio. The spacious terrace off the living and dining area allow for grilling and beachfront dining.

Summary: This was exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. The location directly on the beach was perfect. The view out the picture windows from the family/living room was amazing. The weather was great - a few evening showers, but wonderful during the day. Nothing beats getting up to watch the sunrise in casual clothes, a few footsteps from the home on the private deck. We even saw a SpaceX launch at night!There were 10 of us who spent a week there, 8 adults, 2 children ages 2 and 3. We also rented the pool house which was great. We paid extra for the heated pool and hot tub, which also was well worth it.There were no issues during our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive, answering messages through the VRBO app usually within an hour or two. The place is well built and nicely decorated. Being able to walk literally 30 steps from the sliding glass door on the home to the private deck, or descend directly to the beach was priceless.There are plenty of beach toys for the kids - our two toddlers had a blast on the beach and in the pool. There is a nature preserve a few miles north with a nice easy 1 mile walking trail, where we saw local flora/fauna. We saw a large turtle on the beach during the day.There is a nice state park less than a mile south, Sebastian inlet, with a wonderful little lagoon where kids can safely wade/swim, and where we got within 10-15 feet of dolphins swimming by. A lot of fishing close by as well.Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Summary: We stayed a week in this beautiful home with an outstanding view of the ocean! No matter where you are you can see the ocean. The little sitting room off the kitchen was a favorite of mine. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub on windier days. The house is well cared for and stocked well. Spices in the kitchen and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The deck off the main bedroom was great for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!
