Summary: We stayed in this property with 2 children. 4 and 7 year old. The house is exactly as described and has everything one needs. The garden is beautiful and we loved eating outside in the evening. The property is only a short drive from the sandy beaches of Chia that are ideal for families as well as everyone else. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Surely a place we would like to return to! PS Even if you have children do not be discouraged by the garden being uphill; it is a short and easy walk.

Summary: This is a delightful spot in a somewhat depressed area of Chia. The views of the mountain and surrounding area are lovely. The closest beach is a 5 minute drive away - The property itself is well maintained and appointed - all very comfortable with lovely outside gardens. The only real drawback to this property are the 89 STEPS from the street down to the property. Renters need to be aware of this. Christine Scott
