This well-equipped seaside residence is built on the rocks close to the sea and provides stunning views of the Mediterranean. A 200 metre walk takes you to the adjacent beaches with good swimming and snorkelling. It is a popular area for scuba diving.
The property is located between Collioure and Port Vendres. Both towns are within easy walking distance and provide shops, numerous restaurants, bars and markets.
The main sun terrace provides uninterrupted views of the sea and gives an ideal location for sunbathing in the day, a drink at sunset and dining in the evening. The built in plancha provides the perfect outdoor space for all your cooking. There is also a small sheltered terrace to the front of the property.
On the ground floor, the open plan kitchen is well equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob and extractor. The adjoining open plan lounge area opens on to the rear terrace.
There are two double bedrooms on the first floor with adjacent newly fitted shower and separate toilet. The double bedroom on the top floor has the benefit of both mountain and sea views. There is a small room off this bedroom with views over the sea and an en suite shower room.
Although not designated as a bedroom, guests have access to a room in the basement with a double bed, sofa bed and bunk beds. There is also a separate toilet and shower in the basement as well as a washing machine and dryer. The basement can be accessed from outside as well as internally. (Please be advised - the room in the basement does not have an outside window).
Free wifi is available in the property.
Bedlinen and towels are provided during your stay.

Summary: We wanted hiking, sun and a view of the sea. For us as a family of 4 adults and 1 dog, the house and its location were ideal. Quietly located, protected from the wind and everything was within walking distance.

Summary: The view is amazing, especially from the upstairs. There is a large bush growing at the end of the terrace. It can block the view from the there. Easy to get to the beach, grocery and town. Property is good for a group. Hot in the summer without AC. Good water and appliances for cooking. Could use instructions on using the television. Enjoyed being there with our family.

Summary: We are a family of 5, 3 teenagers and 2 adults We had holidayed in the area before so we were familiar with the area. The house is an easy walk to both Port Vendres and Collioure both have a great selection of good restaurants. The beach is so near and a lovely safe place to swim The house had everything we needed, the outdoor patio area is really beautiful We would certainly recommend it as a destination for families

Summary: The views from this property are stunning and there are 2 beaches in walking distance from it. There is plenty of room for big family groups who want to holiday together. There is a supermarket behind the property which is very helpful. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Port Vendres and a 20-30 minute walk into Collioure and has bus stops nearby so you can easily visit other nearby areas. The owner responds quickly to any queries and was very helpful. Thanks for an amazing holiday!

Summary: I have been very fortunate to spend a couple of months in this beautiful villa. The home has everything you could possibly want to make for a perfect vacation, it is very well equipped, the back patio has amazing sea views and the front patio makes for the perfect spot to enjoy the sun on slightly windy days. The location is very convient, just short walks to both Port Vendre and Collioure. Philip, the property owner is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect in every way! I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: We spent a week in this beautiful location - La residence L'Oli. The house is really well equipped. We didn't miss anything. Even in these strange times of COVID-19 it was a really nice week. Short ways to the beaches, short ways for shopping the basics. There is a lot to see in the French Catalan Region and we enjoyed our stay. From lighthouses to different castles, forts, and old villages aroung Port-Vendres, there is a lot to see. Thanks!

Summary: Very well located house , Port Vendres is a nice Little Place,and you can reach Collioure in 20 Minutes by walking. Shopping was very easy and the way to the Beach really Short. In summertime it might be a little noisy because of the many neighbours. The house is very well eqipped.

Summary: Great location between two beaches. Ten minutes walk to Port Vendres and twenty minutes walk to Collioure. Two very relaxing towns with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Good beaches and beautiful scenery. Much travelled veterans in France and this house of the best. Thoroughly recommend.
