Summary: Would’ve been a great overall stay for Bar Harbor. Very convenient to town, beaches, and Acadia National Park. Great room very clean apart from the vibrator left in the drawer if the bedside table. Staff immediately came and removed it and re-cleaned the room but no compensation offered which wasn’t necessary but would’ve been nice but we already got a really good deal on our room price so it wasn’t the end of the world. That being said, we would definitely stay again. The blueberry crumble coffee was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had.

Summary: Loved this spot! It put us really close to the Acadia entrance for sunrise. They have coffee, water, juice and snacks all day. We actually stopped by the office for coffee before the Sunrise on Cadillac Mountain. They were all friendly and helpful. Rooms weren’t fancy but were really clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Summary: It is an older building but the rooms and bathrooms have been updated. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. It's an easy walk to downtown. We didn't move our vehicle until we went into Acadia. The office staff was helpful and very friendly.

Summary: the hotel is cutting corners. no coffee machine in room, i do not care that you offer it in the lobby. i do not want to get dressed and hike it to the lobby. the dead bolt on the door, did not work... there are no curtains. just a pull down shade. the sun/light coming into the room, woke me at dawn. not good...the remote to the tv did not work. they offered me a replacement, and asked if i wanted to program it. really... and this generic remote did not have a guide channel, so i had to go thru every channel to see what was on. finally, the last channel was a non info guide. i wont come back till i know upgrades have been met.

Summary: Nice bright clean rooms with room darkening blinds. With that said, this is a very overpriced motel. I could not even get a cup of tea or a bagel or toast in the morning - just coffee and danish and maybe cereal? There was a cooler in the lobby with juice that was not on - juice was room temp. Great location and nice rooms - just way too much $$$. There isn’t even a pool or hot tub - just a clean bed and shower. Renters should know there is not fast food for over 1/2 hour and very limited choices around - especially if traveling with a tiny dog.

Summary: Our stay was for a last minute getaway for a night! The only shirt there was is the free breakfast, the lack of coffee and the apples were a little past the crispness!

Summary: Ok here are our pros: great, always available free parking and water and coffee. Staff was always very friendly. The walk into town wasn’t bad (12 minutes) . Lobby was very bright and cute and welcoming.Always had gf muffins at the breakfast bar! The cons: beds advertised as queens were very small and noisy. Rooms could use a bit of TLC. Lots of plastic waste with all of those water bottles and no specific recycling bin. They could easily put bins in the lobby and hallways.
