We are delighted to welcome your furry family members! To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all our guests and neighbors, please kindly adhere to the following pet rules:
We welcome ONE, well-behaved dog weighing up to 60 pounds.
Prior Approval Required: All pets must be pre-approved before booking
Pets must be listed on reservation when booking
Pet friendly with a one-time fee of $53.50 (dogs only)
Our Pet Policies:
- Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the house and within common areas of the property.
- Waste Disposal: Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. Please dispose of waste in the designated outdoor trash bins.
- Furniture & Bedding: Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds. If your pet typically uses furniture, please bring protective covers or blankets to place over our furnishings.
- Noise Control: Please ensure your pet's barking or noise is kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (e.g 10 PM - 8 AM) to respect our neighbors.
- No Unattended Pets: Pets should not be left unattended in the house unless they are crated. If you leave the property, your pet must accompany you or be safely crated.
- Damage Responsibility: Pet owners are fully responsible for any and all damages caused by their pet(s) to the property, furnishings, or landscaping. Any additional cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
- Flea & Tick Prevention: For the health and comfort of all, please ensure your pet is up-to-date on flea and tick prevention treatments.
- Designated Pet Areas: Please keep pets off any areas not designated for guest use (e.g specific garden beds, neighbor's yards).
- No Pets in Bathrooms: For hygiene reasons, please keep pets out of bathrooms.
- Excessive Hair/Odor: While we expect some pet hair, excessive amounts or strong odors that require special cleaning may incur an additional cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for any excessive pet related cleaning or damages. If we discover that your fur family came and is not on the reservation, there will be an additional charge of 50% more than the original pet fee. This is in effect because our cleaning crew comes prepared for the reservation and does not pack their kits for animal stays if they are not on the reservation, creating extra time and travel to get the unit ready for the next guest. Summary: We were looking for accommodations for 6 of us….3 dads and their 3 teenage sons. I was familiar with the area and I was very impressed. This was along the C5 snowmobile trail. The house was very easy to find and everything was as advertised. The driveway accommodated 3 trucks/3 snowmobile trailers. Jonathan was excellent at communicating and stayed in touch with me after the reservation was made open to the point where we checked out.It was a short day, but I definitely would look to return.

Summary: We do an annual steelhead trip to the area and this is the best place we've stayed so far. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We will stay again when we are back in the area.

Summary: This house has everything you could possibly want. It was clean, well, prepared and exactly like advertised. The location is absolutely perfect. Super close to the upper and lower fly stretch of the Salmon River and access to all other points around, the property manager and hosts are responsive, super accommodating you really can tell they care about providing a great atmosphere for their guests

Summary: The property was as expected and situated in a quiet setting with a beautiful view of a small pond. Great fishing right out the back door. My three year old daughter caught her first fish, a large mouth bass. I would certainly book this property again when staying in the area. Easy to access and very easy check in and check out process!

Summary: This property was great, we had two little ones and this house was perfect! The only thing I noticed was that online it says 11 check out and then in the messages with the seller it said 10. Not a big deal by any means but I was thankful they reached out with checkout instructions and time for check out. Overall amazing place to stay for salmon fishing!
