Positive: Wonderful villa, cozy and clean. The views are just great and it's always cool! Access to the sea, few people. Definitely recommend!

Negative: The downside is the stairs to the second floor creak.

Positive: Beautiful, well equipped wooden house (with creaky stairs), by the sea. We slept to the sound of the waves and awoke to the sound of birdsong. The location is just perfect for relaxation.

Positive: The villa is the perfect slice of heaven tucked away in the small and peaceful Utjeha. And as the street name is so adeptly chosen, you can indulge the most beautiful sunsets from the porch or down by the sea. The porch and parking space are under shadow most of the time making them very pleasant for leisure during the hot day. The last bit serves as a private beach with sun lounges and access to sea. In September it was quiet and calm, there was a perfectly sunny warm day when we were utterly alone on the beach.... simply amazing... the interior is also great. the beds are very comfy, big bathroom with a washing machine. spectacular view for your morning coffee on the terrace. very, very well equipped kitchen with all utensils ever needed. spacious first floor and very good wifi. I was half working and didn't have any problems with online meetings and live streaming at all. the house keeper was a wonderful warm person that was really helpful and made us feel truly welcome. and the best part is that the owners were very gracious and allowed us to share it all with our two cats. they enjoyed watching the sea as well.

Negative: the only thing that needs some getting used to is a bit of a steep street (<50m) to reach the house. but after the second time it's nothing. we should have stayed longer :)

Positive: The house has a stunning seaside view. Sitting on the porch and experiencing the sunset is an added value. The beach is a stone's throw away from the house - the sea is clean and the beach is never crowded.

Negative: For those who are not skillful drivers parking a car can be a challenge. The street is narrow and steep.

Summary: Excellent! People who are managing the property are so polite, responsive and helpful.
