Positive: Ann is an amazing human being. She made special halal food for us. The Chef was excellent. We were next to the beach. I really enjoyed the hotel hospitality. Lovely people. This hotel also allowed pets which is a great thing to do. The hotel staff dropped off our luggage at the ferry terminal even. I would say that their customer service is outstanding.

Negative: Although the rooms aren’t spacious as other hotels but they are understanding and store your luggage. We were mostly out site-seeing.

Positive: It has a good, quiet location, ideal for a peaceful short-stay retreat. It's easy to reach if you're traveling light. The atmosphere is perfect during the evening and early morning hours, as it becomes serene and enjoyable once day tourists have left and before they arrive.

Negative: It seemed the staff, especially the cleaning team, were overwhelmed by the number of guests, which impacted service quality. There were lots of ants in the room, primarily on the walls and windowsills, with a few even on the bed. Additionally, the price-to-value ratio did not meet our expectations; we found it rather expensive for what we received, even after considering increased rates over the long weekend.

Positive: Breakfast was simple but good enough. We were satisfied. My husband usually complains about the eggs or bacon or bread but this time he was smiling and said "this is much better than I expected". And my son thinks that it waa a wonderful location, up and down the mountain on the way there so we were actually thinking twice about roller coaster because it seemed like it is more fun going there in the taxi especially late at night. And the most important thing was that we had a good night sleep.

Negative: It would be a real pain when its raining because of a few minutes walk you need to ger to the hotel from the point the taxi drops you off.
