Sea Wood Delight offers spacious living areas with indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, warm timber floors, stylish furniture, and a refreshing magnesium swimming pool. Upstairs features ducted air conditioning, a master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite, two bedrooms with queen beds, a bedroom with a tri bunk bed, and trundle bed, a main bathroom with a bathtub, shower and a separate toilet, a second living area with a modular lounge, television, and Foxtel, and glass bi-fold doors that open to an ocean view balcony. Linen is provided, though guests must bring their own beach towels. Downstairs features a bedroom with a queen bed, a modern kitchen with 5 burner gas stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, a generous living space, full-length bi-fold doors that open to a patio and pool area with gas BBQ, a light-filled living area with two couches and a television with Foxtel, a third toilet and powder room, a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer, a smokers area, a fully fenced yard, a double lock-up garage, and pet-friendly accommodations (on request). Across the road is a swimming beach and children's playground, and a short walk away is a shopping centre, free water park and café, and a short drive away are restaurants, cafes, hotels, shops, major shopping centres, boat ramps, and a ferry to Fraser Island.

Summary: Firstly the location of the key box was incorrect which caused delay in gaining access. Next the TV remote was flat and then couldn't work the TV nor plug in my computer into the TV. At no time did Property Manager respond to our calls for assistance. We could still be waiting to find the key!

Summary: This is a great location. Has everything you need was well catered for. Lovely home, was able to walk to cafe's and supermarkets. Was lovely to have a dip in the pool on warm days. Overall recommend this holiday home.
