Beautiful and modern Sebago lakeside retreat is a true family friendly paradise with private association sand beach, large swim area, and boat launch. Property features a bright open floor plan, air conditioning in each room, stainless appliances, outdoor Weber gas grill and hardwood floors throughout. Property is located in a very desirable and quiet lakeside neighborhood perfect for quiet walks, bike riding with kids or a leisurely sunset stroll. This property is not waterfront!
Private association sandy beach on Sebago Lake is a short walk (~400ft ) around the corner and provides a swimming area that is hard to beat with views into the best boating Sebago Lake has to offer on Jordan Bay. The private beach also has a boat launch if you are bringing or renting a boat. There are many protected coves and sandbars close to the beach perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. Sebago Lake offers over 42 miles of water to explore including rivers and boat locks leading to Brandy Pond and Long Lake. Several local marina’s offer boat / jet ski / kayak / paddle board rentals that are all very close by.
Property features three upstairs bedrooms including a large master, two full tiled bathrooms, high speed wireless internet / streaming services & cable and second floor laundry for your convenience. 3 bedrooms include two queens, bunk bed with a twin over a full bed and an additional twin bed. Beds include two queens, and a twin over full bunkbed that can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The kitchen and living area open to a spacious and private back deck with a large backyard perfect for family games and activities, evening fires with s’mores or just relaxing!

Summary: My family of four had a great stay for the week. The house was clean, well-appointed and suited us well. We were able to check out a lot of the local spots, easily rented a boat for the day at the local marina a few minutes away and spent time at the private beach that’s part of the community association. Also got to enjoy the lawn games and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows on some perfect cooler evenings. Would recommend!

Summary: The property was very comfortable for our stay with family. We certainly enjoyed our stay. I was pleased with all the amenities, including a large fridge, ac, large washer dryer, well stocked, updated kitchen, children’s books, outdoor games and large bathrooms. Trash pick up was also a positive. The property manager was very responsive too. The sandy beach was perfect for the little ones and a very short walk. Finally we enjoyed eating out on the deck and gathering around the fire pit in the evening. This location was very close to shopping and good for morning walks. I only have positive things to say about this home. We missed not being right on the water but it worked out well for this year. (We all appreciated the open floor plan and neatness and cleanliness of this property!)

Summary: Our extended family group of 8 fit perfectly into this property, which was as updated, clean, and well-located as advertised! The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice linens and towels, top of the line full-sized washer/dryer, and a really nicely equipped kitchen. Right around the corner from a private HOA beach, the house has a large yard and the property manager delivered wood for the fire pit as well as pulled out kids' toys, beach toys, and a corn hole set to let us take full advantage of the space. Really easy communication before the trip with the property owner and lightening fast responsiveness from the property manager once we were onsite made the whole vacation much easier. The room-by-room minisplit HVAC units kept it cool and comfortable, and the 42" Roku TVs made it easy to relax in the evenings with our own content providers. Besides a Walgreens and both Shaws and Hannafords, being right up the road, there are plenty of places to eat from a local seafood place minutes away to a Starbucks and Chipotle a few miles down the road. The HOA beach at Sebago lake made for easy kayaking and provided a great location for our kids (2, 5, 7, and 12) to play in the sand and shallows. Worth noting, the 5 and 7 year old experienced really intense swimmer's itch after swimming in the lake. I think you have the potential for that at just about any lake, though. Some of us also went mountain biking nearby and really enjoyed the kid-friendly trails in the vicinity. The property is absolutely worth the money! We would stay here again.

Summary: This was one of the cleanest and well kept houses we have ever rented. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and layout was great for our family. We loved the provided pool noodles and beach towels and especially the fire pit for s’mores. The association beach around the corner offered such amazing views and entertainment for the kids. Ash and Meagan were very responsive and such hospitable hosts. We look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!
