Positive: we were going to the writers festival so the location was great. the rooms had recently been renovated so they were very clean, bathroom had new shower, sink, toilet etc, the room felt a bit sparse. There was no elevator so lugging up all our gear to the second floor was hard. Next time I'll book on the ground floor and ideally in those rooms with balconies facing the water

Negative: Run of the mill motel that commanded a high end price but figured that’s the norm for the Sunshine Coast in the summer.
Summary: Guest service lady was very helpful. Didn’t have our King room available but made a financial offer that was very helpf
