Please be aware when you are booking this property that the two woodstoves are the primary source of heat for the home. The propane is merely a backup system and likely won't provide you the comfort you are looking for when used alone. House enjoys a large yard and mature woodland surroundings. Relax on covered porch or large shaded deck and enjoy the biodiversity of your secluded surroundings. Five minutes to Liberty Resorts skiing and golf; 15 minutes to Gettysburg. Property features artwork from various local renowned artists. Meander through the woods on our boardwalk to find an additional outbuilding equipped with a game room and sleeping quarters. Woodstoves are wonderful for ambiance and warmth, but please be aware when you are booking this property that the two woodstoves are the primary source of heat for the home. This year, we added a gameroom (detached building with access to home by a boardwalk) with additional sleeping quarters. Gameroom is equipped with board games, puzzles, pool table, ping pong table and poker table and a double bed and queen bed as well as a small bar area. The hot tub is available at additional fee. If you are not a nature lover and would be upset by the occasional visitation of a mouse or spider, then I recommend looking elsewhere. We strive to keep the home critter free at all times, but this is a rustic home in the woods. There are no guarantees.
