Summary: I was totally fine, the only thing is when we arrived to the property and we got inside the house feels too cold take onto next day to warm... but other than that I was good so comfy and spacious ... definitely we are coming back.

Summary: Excellent property and location. I would suggest you list more clearly that no towels are provided at the property. Linens were provided for the beds, but no towels. I was told it was listed on the site, but it only lists "linens provided" so I'm assuming by excluding towels being provided I'm to assume towels aren't provided. The house is in dire need of updates and maintenance. Several windows either wouldn't open or would open and then wouldn't shut. I had to use a wrench I happened to have in my car to close one of the windows. Issues aside though, very responsive owner and the location is fantastic. It was about a 5 minute drive to Bushkill Falls and has several grocery stores, liquor stores and other necessities within about a 15 minute drive.

Summary: No towels. After long drive and late we found no towels and website clearly stated that towels and linens are washed and sanitized. So we didn't bring any. Host spoke on phone to tell us where key to laundry room might be (it wasn't) and said we might find dirty towels there. She said that website says no towels. Not true. License to rent was exhibited and showed it was expired. Place was not very clean. We will not return even though family lives nearby. We will find another place to stay.

Summary: The property is dated and in need of some cleaning of cobwebs and bugs outside and inside. (Found spiders in two bedrooms and living room). There were no towels, even though the listing says linens provided and covid protocols mention the the cleaning temp of towels and sheets. The kitchen was adequate, but did not have a set of pots or pans that seemed to match. The bed frames squeak all night. Concerns were raised and responded to with owner quickly, but not always to our satisfaction. It worked for the few nights we needed a place to stay to explore the area.

Summary: Had a great stay with friends, every morning we watched deer grazing on the grass outside the windows and had nice campfires in the pit outback. The property is only 10 minutes from Bushkill falls and the Delaware Water Gap recreation center. Yolanda was very helpful when I had some questions. Would definitely stay here again!
