Recently renovated and has its own entrance! This beautiful luxury unit is located in a quiet and safe area on the western side of Nassau. We have a cottage available for two more persons. There is no stove like our cottage, however there is a big refrigerator and microwave/oven. There is a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub for relaxation. The unit has his own modern television and brand new computer that is connected to the television. This way you can search for anything you like and watch it on a big screen. There is no cable tv. The beach is very private and only 10 seconds away! The sea is beautiful, warm and perfect for a romantic escape!
This unit is completely renovated with beautiful grey tiles and has its own Air Conditioner. You will have a new fridge, microwave(oven combo) and coffee machine. There is also a queen size bed with a brand new mattress. This unit has a big LED television and modern computer that is connected with the tv. There is ethernet and wifi available, but no cable.
The unit is all yours! The property has a gate and you will receive a remote to open it. A rental car can be parked within the gates. You will have direct access to our private beach. There is also a BBQ available outside. Outside you may take the zero gravity chairs to any place you like. Feel free to walk around the property!

Summary: This apartment has a lovely vibe and all the comfort I could possibly need. The property is right on the beach, and the owners are so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I’ve stayed here before, and I’ll surely be back. Love it!

Summary: I went on a last minute trip, with the goal of relaxing on a beach, reading, and overall just taking it easy for a few days, and this place was perfect! It’s literally right on a beach, on the opposite side of Nassau to downtown and the resorts so it was secluded and quiet. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and helpful in making recommendations. I’m not a diver, and I’ve previously gotten pretty severely motion sick from snorkeling but Stuart’s Cove is basically across the street if that’s your thing! It was a great spot perfect for a solo traveler or a couple!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. Elike and Jan are so welcoming and super helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. He took care for us of having a car delivered on property. The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is peaceful, away from the touristy areas and right on the beach.

Summary: Beautiful and quiet property with great separation between the hosts and guests. Beach is very private, I think we saw two other couples on the beach in the whole week we were there.

Summary: Nice place to get away from the busyness of Nassau. Host was great and picked us up from resort and brought to airport and knocked down and chopped open some fresh coconuts while on the beach!

Summary: We loved staying at this property and absolutely loved the beach just steps away! It was peaceful and just what we needed. The host loves on property and was so welcoming, kind and helpful during our entire stay. He picked us up and dropped off at the airport which was a huge blessing. He gave us suggestions of things to do, checked in with us and even allowed us to rent his vehicle while we were on the island. Summary: I was so thrilled to find this online. The owners communicated really well with me in prep for the trip. One of them even picked me up from the airport and took me to a grocery store so I’d have everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The apartment is huge and we’ll equipped. I fell in love with the concrete tub. I’m a happy customer.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Sugar Plum. It was clean, spacious, it had all the necessities required. The grounds are tropical with coconut palms, banana trees and various other trees. Jan the host is very knowledgeable about the flora, he will graciously open coconuts to enjoy fresh coconut water for you. The property is directly on the beach. We had the beach entirely to ourselves during our stay. The water was the the clearest I've ever seen, reflecting the prettiest blue colors! The snorkeling is top notch. We will absolutely be returning to this gem in paradise.
