Summary: Perfect place for a solo-vacation or a weekend away with your SO (Cottage 1). Clean and had all the amenities I needed. Loved sitting outside by the fire pit and enjoying evenings. The pool was great too. Close to many, many things.

Summary: I am so glad I found this place. I wanted to rent something small because it was just the two of us, this place was absolutely perfect! It was so cozy and very very clean. The location was beautiful, and the cottage had everything we needed. I had a bit of a problem connecting one of my devices to the internet (nothing to do with their internet, it was a problem with my device). I reached out to the number I was given and they promptly responded and helped me. I will most definitely come back here when I visit again...I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Summary: This cozy little cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The kids had fun in the loft sleeping area & we enjoyed coffee each morning looking at the gorgeous view. Excellent location & well kept property. We will be back again!

Summary: We have staid at this property twice in the past and had a wonderful stay. So we were expecting a similar experience. Upon arrival I found that the cabin had not been cleaned very well. Initially it looked clean on the surface, however many of the dishes were dirty. Some still had food on them as if they had just been placed back in the cabinet! The shower floor was slimy with hairs and a dead bug as if it hadn't been cleaned at all after the previous guests. I spent our first night there cleaning dishes and the shower (not much of a start to a vacation.) The bathroom sink plug was stuck plugged and the pull wasn't attached. The curtain rod was falling out of the door so the bracket was just kind of hanging there. I contacted vacasa who asked for pics and said they would contact local staff to see about fixing these things ASAP. I figured someone would contact us the next day, but no one did throughout our 4 night stay. The bracket wouldn't have been an issue, but our cabin had a ladder to a loft adjacent to the door and my son scraped his knee on the dang bracket on his way down. Thankfully I know about the sink drain and was able to get it open. I was really disappointed not have been contacted about the fixes AND to have had to spend my first night on vaca cleaning what I was expected to leave clean (which of course I did). Vacasa offered nothing. I will be avoiding properties Vacasa is associated with in the future. It's too bad as valley brook has been a place we have really loved in the past, but the hospitality and welcoming feeling has gone.

Summary: the size was just right for us. loved the privacy of the end unit. the pool and Jacuzzi were great to come back to after a day of hiking. would definitely come back.
