'The Cottage' is actually a large three bedroom house adjoining the medieval Manoir, drenched in the ancient history of Brittany, set in a small quiet hamlet. This has been a personal project and our adored family holiday home for over 20 years. It was never an investment property or holiday let - more of a labour of love. The Manoir (which has had both ancient Knights, and also cows ! living in it at different moments in its past) is under restoration. The Cottage is a full equipped and comfortable beautiful house with exposed beams and stone walls throughout, and plenty of garden space to enjoy. The art and furniture in The Cottage is well chosen and personal and the downstairs open plan integrated living area is cool after hot trips to the beach and a tremendous space for all the family to relax and come together for meals after activity filled days. The night sky is gorgeous and the local walks around fields and woods are calming and restorative. The local town of Pluvinger has everything you could possibly need including a choice of supermarkets and bakers, tourist office etc and 'typique' restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets abound in the area, as do local markets.
