Summary: I loved my stay in this little cabin! I was here for 2 weeks to do some hiking, staying by myself for most of the time. This cabin had the 3 C's that I look for: clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything I wanted to do. It was very close to great trails and not a far drive to restaurants either. It was definitely secluded and quiet, but I always felt safe! It was also surprisingly well-stocked and such a great deal for the cost. Alex (owner) was very responsive anytime I had a question. Thank you Alex! I had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Summary: Small,but perfect size for my wife and dog. Quiet setting with close location to hiking trails in the area. Kitchen was adequately stocked, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of living spacefor the two of us and dog. coofo ecomfortable

Summary: Nice cabin, comfortable bed. The only issue we had is the bad lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which bothered my husband who has asthma. It wasnt from the woodstove (I was a former smoker so I know) The smell was not bad in the bedroom. Since we were out and about and only in the house to sleep, it was still a good experience.

Summary: Very nice fully equipped 1 bedroom cabin with a sleeper couch. Short drive to hiking and rail trails also.

Summary: The house was very clean and well appointed. Internet was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We met Eric, our host, who gave us invaluable info about a hike/waterfall nearby. The baseboard heat worked well, and there were plenty of pillows and two warm comforters. The jugs of bottled water were appreciated. There was a big grassy area for the dogs to romp. We spent the day at Minnewaska Preserve, only about 12 minutes away.

Summary: I and a buddy of mine spent a few days here while we hiked and explored Minnewaska State Park Preserve. Our trip couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Great communication from the host, Alex; exceedingly clean and cozy cabin that served our needs perfectly. Fully furnished and could have slept up to 6 people. Pictures could use an update, but they did justice to the property both inside and out. Only wish we could have stayed longer and we can’t wait to come back. Would be a great place to hunker down in the winter. Thanks Alex!

Summary: Nothing like getting away from the city to find a cozy cabin amid the stars, deer and colorful vegetation. The property was as listed, and was close to parks, hikes and reasonably priced meals. The property also had a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the stars come out at night.
