Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 days and really enjoyed relaxing here watching the birds, spending time on the patio and fishing as we explored the finger lakes region.

Summary: I loved spending my weekend sitting on the deck by the pond reading my book and listening to nature all around me. The birds singing and eating the birdseed (saw 6 different types of birds!), the fish occasionally breaking the surface with a pop, the song of the rain hitting the metal roof. Loved every minute of it. The cabin itself is cozy with it's own deck. The bathroom was adequate but a little small for large people. The air-conditioning was good but there are plenty of windows if you want fresh air. The cooking facilities were above average inside the cabin. I loved all the little touches such as umbrellas near the door, doggie supplies, plush carpets for comfy feet and electric candles for ambience. My only complaint (and I know I'm not alone) is that the bed is so uncomfortable. Like to the point that me and my husband slept on the futons instead. I almost took a star away for that alone, but everything else was lovely so I'll keep it 5 stars.

Summary: The birdwatching, the covered pavilion with the netted picnic table, the kitchen amenities/indoor plumbing…it’s everything you could ever want in a semi-rustic woodsy cabin! I’m not much of a camper, but this cabin was plenty civilized for me. I felt a peace and relaxation I hadn’t achieved in some time. Book it! You’ll never regret it!

Summary: This cabin exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and all of the amenities were such a delight. The location was perfect as we explored the Finger Lakes Region and had a fun, peaceful, outdoorsy place to come home to. I would love to stay here again!

Summary: We were up from NC and I really like the rustic style. However, the bed needs a new mattress. It sags miserably and neither my spouse or I are “big “ people. The kitchen sink is so old that the enamel has worn off and it’s down to the lead base. Hazard? Also the smell of sulfur in the water could be fixed with chemicals added to the water softener. The location is great and the grounds are lovely. It had everything you wanted and needed except for the before mentioned . Fix those things and the place is perfect!

Summary: This rustic little cabin with a beautiful pond is the perfect spot to unwind and unplug! There is an abundance of birds, and some adorable red squirrels and chipmunks roaming around to watch. Having a nice fire by the pond in the evening is a perfect end to the day!
