3 bed / 2 bath house. Built in 2020. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes from I-5. Your clean and private space comes with a full kitchen, and new queen beds in each bedroom. Each bedroom contains a mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV, and more. Each bedroom also includes its own refrigerator and microwave. Free WiFi, of course. Large flat screen TV in a common sitting area with heat and AC controlled by a new ductless mini split. Free parking. 6 person inflatable hot tub in a private fenced space. Keurig coffee too!

Summary: Communication with owners A, 5 stars. Quick and timely responses. The video, watch it. Note: turn into a driveway and then park in your designated spot. I missed that first part lol.The home is comfortable and well accessorized. Very much enjoyed the setting. Very quiet and private. There is a nice outside sitting area that is also private. Proce totally aroth it! Would recommend and stau ahajn

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We came to hike around the Columbia river and explore the Portland area, and it was easy to access both from this location. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking, and everything was clean. It’s also rare to stay in a place that doesn’t have extensive check out instructions, so it was a nice surprise to have very easy check out instructions

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable, the layout was a little strange with two bathrooms next to each other but it wasn’t an issue. The couches were comfortable and we enjoyed the spa. Will definitely stay again if I need to come this way again.

Summary: Our unit was so clean and I was immediately impressed with that as we walked in. We rented the 3bd 2 bth. Our bed was so amazing, much better even than our bed at home! It is a small unit but we had 5 people and it was perfect for us. Rick was awesome at helping out with needing a few extra things and was very compassionate about our family member having surgery, which was just very nice. I was thankful to be able to rent from a kind person. We were able to easily get into Portland.
