Summary: The property is completely secluded and situated on a large, beautifully landscaped, parcel of land overlooking a fully stocked pond with a dock and gazebo. Surrounding the pond was a spruce forest with a walking trail and babbling brook. There's also a newly built stone firepit. The house was well-appointed with 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a huge stone fireplace, several balconies and a large deck. A truly rare find.

Summary: Property is very nice, secluded and quiet. View was amazing. House has everything we needed. We were in town for a family wedding at a different location. We had family over, was able to cook and enjoy each other. We only needed to contact the host to ask about the heat and he responded right away. Have no complaints and would stay here again if I’m in the area. Love the property.

Summary: Much larger space than I expected and very accommodating for my small dog and great outdoor space / lawn to enjoy. What we needed and much more. Only thing keeping from one star is the location which is a little desolate but isn't really a negative to the home

Summary: This is a beautiful vacation home that is feels very remote and quiet but is really only a few minutes away from the village of Deposit and Route 17. The home is beautiful with gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows that look out on the pond and evergreens beyond. The setting is a nature lover's delight. Nearby Oquaga Creek State Park offerd fun hikes and is dog friendly. The fly fishing on the Delaware is minutes away and is world class. I loved having my coffee on the dock by the pond. Comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen and a very spacious home. All the amenities you could want and a wonderful and peaceful vibe to the place. The fire pit was a show piece. I loved the antiques around the place, a fusion of a modern home with some lovey antique accouterments! I felt very safe and Jeff was instantly in contact to answer all my questions. The place was easy to find and accurate on Google Maps. I loved the dog run out back. My pups and I had a blast. This place is a real gem.

Summary: What a beautiful setting; the house, pond, and surrounding pine trees make perfect scenery. Very quiet, no houses or people around. I and my family enjoyed it so much, so I wanted to keep it as my secret place. But, for Jeff who was very nice and easy to contact, I'm leaving this review.
