Summary: High on top of the mountain with a spectacular view!!! EXTREMELY steep driveway regardless of ice and/or snow. Very clean, open and light. Fire pit was a nice added extra (then again so was the bear one morning!). Well equipped except no gas in the tank for the grill and the gas fireplace did not work. Could easily accommodate three couples (one per level of the house) or a family that wants to be cozy. I would stay here again!!!

Summary: We stayed here for a little R & R but also to look at some colleges. It is incredibly peaceful there. We loved it. We rented a Yukon, perfect vehicle for the hill

Summary: This house was clean and beautiful. The location at the top of the mountain was peaceful. Even though the website description did say an AWD or FWD car is highly recommended I didn't think it would be that bad. The driveway was very scary to me but it was paved and my AWD car made it up every time. What an adventure! Our stay was very nice and comfortable and the manager was quick to respond to our needs.

We drove a fully loaded minivan up the hill, no problem but almost certainly impossible during the winter months. It is a very steep last 100 feet. The front yard is perfect for ladderball and cornhole and there is also a big fire pit. There was no firewood so maybe buy some locally before going up there. All in all, a great place to spend a few days with family after Covid and everyone getting fully vaccinated.

Summary: The driveway is steep just like we were told but was really no problem. The view from the top was worth the trips up. Loved the firepit and had a great time roasting marshmallows with my family. The locations lets you be isolated but at the same time you are close enough to shopping and sightseeing in the local area. The owner stayed in touch and was very helpful, the house had everything you would need to make you feel at home. Loved the fireplace and in the evening it got plenty of use. Thanks for a great stay.
