3 Bedroom House in Kessler, Dallas

Welcome to our private guest house! Our home is located in a upscale neighborhood in N Oak Cliff. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & full private access to our oversized pool and yard area. We have 3 dedicated tandem parking spaces for you as well as a separate private entrance to the guesthouse. We do not go into the back area unless you need us. We even have outdoor curtains for extra privacy. Enjoy the pool, bbq or movies by the pool at night. Inexpensive rides to Bishop Arts!
The space
My partner and I and our dogs- live in the main house. Our guest house is located in a established neighborhood in N Oak Cliff.
Grass guy comes on Sat early afternoon.
The pool and hot tub are all yours, during your visit- it is not shared with the front house.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath bilevel home features a full kitchen with commercial ice maker, claw foot tub, heated master bathroom marble floors and much more!
Can walk to Kidd Springs park or take a inexpensive Uber to Bishop Arts!

Area is NOT SHARED with the main house.
If you have a brief local guest visit - your guest will need to park a few doors down - we have limited parking on the side street of the house.
Other things to note
The pool area is NOT SHARED with the main house- it’s private & all yours to enjoy!
The first floor has a lower ceiling than the upstairs area
No glitter or confetti, please do not nail or tack things anywhere
There is limited parking where the home is located- you have 3 tandem parking spaces and there is not room for others to park- hence we do not allow~

Summary: My family and I stayed here to celebrate my nephews first birthday and had a great time! The location is amazing! Close to downtown and everything you need. The area is REALLY nice and we felt very safe. The hot tub was amazing and the backyard is just so welcoming. The property owners live on site, but 100% gave us our space but we’re there if we needed anything. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Summary: This is a great little guest house in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed taking our dogs on a walk around and had a wonderful time staying at the guest house. Great hot tub weather when we were there, so we were able to use the hot tub but way too cold for the pool. Yard is fully fenced and very secure for you and your pets. We really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were amazing and very responsive to any questions we had while we were there.

Summary: The property is located in a very charming and safe neighborhood. While we were only there for two nights, we could not have asked for a better experience! While we were leaving, we locked our keys in the car and we were offered use of a phone and the property until we were able to leave - awesome property owners! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Dallas!

Summary: Really cute spot in great neighborhood. House is bigger than it looks from the listing with two big bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom upstairs. Want to come back when it’s warmer and make use of the big beautiful pool. Hot tub is very nice.
