The lodge is tucked away on the back side of Phantom Lake Ranch. This private ranch is surrounded by pine forests, meadows, rock outcroppings, and tons of wildlife. You also have your own personal hiking trails and fishing lakes! The lodge is spacious and perfectly designed for large groups. Great for staying in and cooking meals, playing games, and enjoying the wood burning fireplace OR getting out, exploring and reconnecting with earths beauty and one another. Fun for all in the newly converted garage game room including a pool table, pingpong table, foosball table and arcade games!
Come and relax in the grand living-dining room with a vaulted ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, and a dining table large enough to fit the whole group.
The balcony off the living room gives you a full view of the meadow below, where you can watch for moose, deer, elk and other wildlife.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the food prep materials you need and endless counter space makes cooking meals a breeze.
There are 4 bedrooms on the opposite side of the lodge. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom for convenience and privacy (1 bathroom is detached from room.)
There is a short walk up the hill across from the lodge, where you can gaze over the valley below and see miles of endless beauty. While your staying at the lodge you have access to the ranches hiking trails and stocked fishing lake.
You're minutes away from 4 public fishing lakes, an amazing golf course, a few restaurants, 2 frisbee golf courses and horseback riding! It's an easy 45 min drive down the mountain into Fort Collins if your looking for a night of shopping and breweries.
*The additional guest fee is applied to your total when there are more than 6 people. $25 per person, per a night.

*No shooting
*No swimming or water activities in the lakes- other than catch and release fishing ( no ice fishing)
*Lake is restocked in the spring, the time depends on when the fish hatchery is coming to our area.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! We had a group ranging in age from 10 to 67, and there was something for everyone. The game room was a big hit in the evening, and the kids took advantage of every game possible, including foosball, ping pong, pool, cards, and video games. We hiked, played Frisbee golf, and many family card games. It was an all around good time in a gorgeous property. We tried fishing, but you should not plan to make this the focus on the property, as the lakes weren't great fishing spots for us... however, you can go to the other lakes of the property. We also had a few of our group go off property for paddle boarding. We even had a visit from a moose while we were sitting on the deck. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you will need if you bring all the ingredients to cook. There is also a grill on the patio. We will likely book again!

Summary: We absolutely LOVED this property. It was exactly what we were looking for--remote with cabin look and feel inside with plenty of space for everyone. Believe me, this place is MUCH bigger than the photos suggest. Great communication from the hosts throughout. SO glad we chose this property.

Summary: I can't speak highly enough about our visit. The property is truly amazing with beautiful rock formations, forest, aspen groves and beautiful lakes. The lodge was beautiful and clean. It had plenty of room for the 10 of us and so much to do in the house and on the property, that we never left. The great room area was large enough for us to all play games and have meals together. We have 2 piano players in the family, so that was a very nice touch! There is also plenty to do if we all wanted to space out and do our own thing. The kitchen has all the tools you need. We brought in our own food and enjoyed family meals together and the huge dining table. We went on hikes around the property to the various lakes. Phantom lake is so beautiful, a must see. We 'fished' at half-moon and had a blast enjoying private fishing. We didn't catch anything, but that didn't steal our fun! There are tons of games around and the game room was a huge hit. We had ages 9 - 75 and there is something for everyone. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back! BTW, we filled the hummingbird feeder, which was quickly appreciated by the many hummingbirds. This was a much needed, very special trip and we feel so blessed to have stumbled upon this property. Thank you!

Summary: We had a great time at this property. We enjoyed time outdoors and saw moose and bear. Bedrooms were all sizeable and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, was great for preparing our meals. A really nice mixture of indoor and outdoor spaces, great for whatever you are feeling. Game room in the garage was really fun. Only negatives: Master shower drained very slow, had to take quick ones. Coffee pot could have been cleaner, was flashing that it should be cleaned and water repository was a little iffy. Could use another quality pool cue to match the good one that was there.
