Summary: Enjoyed the house and pool, the air conditioning upstairs was a bit inadequate for 110 degree days.

Summary: Overall the property was amazing. Really enjoyed the pool and the scenery. The only problem was, I arranged for an early check in at noon. David checked with the cleaning crew to see if it was OK and it was! When we arrived at little past noon, the house apparently had not been cleaned. All the beds were unmaid etc. It took until 6PM to get someone to come clean. We ended up staying at a relatives house from about 1PM until about 9:30PM. I was told we would receive a txt when the cleaner was done and we never did, everyone one was real tired from time change and air travel so we went ahead and came back. The cleaning lady was still there and finished up within 10 minutes. The next day we could not find the WIFI so messaged about that and never a reply. We would like a partial refund for these two things.

Summary: Overall, our stay was plenty good. The house could have been a bit cleaner and there were no kitchen towels so the cleaning crew had to go buy and drop off new kitchen towels for us. The hot tub was broken, which we knew ahead of time, but it was still a bummer. My biggest complaint is that I sent 3 messages before our cancellation date to see if the pool could be heated and no one ever answered me. It wasn't until the day after we could cancel that someone finally answered me and informed the pool did not even have a heater, which would have been really nice to know before we booked the property. My son went in the pool briefly but no one else was able to use it because it was so cold. Other than the cold pool and the broken hot tub, we loved the location and all the space we had to spread out. I do not think we will stay at this place again due to the lack of a heated pool.

Summary: Was very impressed from the moment we walked through the gates. The best part was the kitchen! Equiped with everything, found the cupcake pans a little late, ha ha. Downstair bed was hard for my brother but I thought ours was perfect. Cold in Mesa but no fear, they had a heater. Wish we could have used the pool but it was too cold. Dog found and pulled someone's left over mess near the jacuzzi (jacuzzi wasn't available for us). That was urhh. I would definitely recommend and hope they would also like us to stay again.
