Upstairs, a private suite provides a living space with a futon and TV, an en suite bathroom, and a convenient desk setup - complete with mountain views! Summary: This was a great place for our huge family that traveled from all over the country for our daughter’s graduation from UofA. We were able to have family dinner, everyone had a bed, we used the pool to cool down and had fantastic sunsets!! It was closes to the university and stores but felt like you were in the middle of the desert with a few neighbors, but not to close by one another. Great trip!!

Summary: House is very nice and a great location. Pool area beautiful and clean. We had issue with Javelinas getting into garbage which was a known issue that has not been addressed by getting locking garbage cans. Dish washer was not working at all for any of our days. Refrigerator stopped working on day 2 and not resolved by time we left. The owner did unlock outside door to garage where there was a working refrigerator but you had to go outside around front of house to get to the door where refrigerator was. We lost our whole week of groceries for breakfast and evening meals with no offer for coverage of lost groceries .

Summary: We had a lovely time but there are a few things I wish for the owner of the property to know. As I do not think the owner is getting much out of the property management company. Alarm system does not work - doors beep from the sensors but the panel is blank and does not work. The keypad on back door panel goes off whenever and only way to fix it is to push the house icon on pad. The floors were swept but not washed as our feet were dirty from walking around our first night. We washed the floor. Trees and bushes around house need desperately to be trimmed. Jacuzzi tiles are coming off and there is a serious mineral deposit around pool and jacuzzi. Pool lady was 2 days late showing up and only skimmed the pool. We asked about the mineral deposits and was informed they do not clean that off. We found receipts under a bed and candy wrappers between cushions. Receipts were from May 29th. The instructions for where to put the trash is not clear and was deposited in small and large tin cans. I emptied them to have it gone. The trash company trashcan was full before I put anything in it. There is still trash left in an outside storage bin that has rocks on it that I did not empty as there was no room for it and I had told the property management company about this on day 2, nothing was done while we were there. Back porch was filthy with bird dropping and a thick coat of dust. The front porch was also dirty.

Summary: An excellent location in the foothills with plenty of bedrooms to sleep the entire family. Stellar pool in the backyard, but if you want to use it, you need to alert the property manager 48 hours BEFORE you arrive. We stayed in March; the pool was frigid, and property managers would not heat it after we arrived. This is in the fine print in the info sent by the property. Overall, an excellent stay with all the right amenities in the home.

Summary: The view from this house was gorgeous especially in the evening. We loved the location and the pool and hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars was the best! Would definitely stay here again.
