Summary: The home was excellent for our Multi-Generational Family (IE, Grandparents, Mom and Dad, and adult Children; 6 Guests in total ). Everyone was able to spread out and have their own areas. The backyard is breathtakingly beautiful and made for some excellent family pictures. The home was secluded, but still close enough to shopping and restaurants.

Summary: My friends, my dog, and I were in town for a wedding in Woodinville and wanted to all rent a place together to hang out in the days leading up to the wedding. Overall this place was in a great location, had a wonderfully huge backyard, and was reasonably comfortable inside.A few downsides:- This place is listed as sleeping up to 11, but there weren’t quite as many beds as the pictures portrayed. The room that looks like it has 4 beds only had 2, for a total of only 4-5 beds.- The hot tub has us super excited, but sadly did not work for us. We tried seeing if it could be fixed during our stay, but no luck.- There was a brief kerfuffle at 7:30am one morning because it sounded like the owner forgot we had rented the place and was wondering what we were doing there. It was all resolved relatively quickly, but still a bit off-putting.

Summary: It met our needs for our unfortunate situation.The place was clean but very dated. The hot tub didn’t work, it was drained but still powered on. They had someone come fix it but couldn’t use it until Monday, it never heated up and no chemicals were added So never got to use it. There was 1/4 rolls of toilet paper in the 3 bathrooms, no backups.The garage converted to a big room downstairs shows 4 beds in the pics but actually only has 2, one full and one Queen. We just slept there at night going back and forth to my sisters so it worked for us.

Summary: This is the second time I have stayed at this property. The first time was in November 2020 for my friends birthday. We enjoyed the house so much we came back for my birthday this year. The owner, Synthia, is very friendly and quick to reply. I definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Beautiful property, comfortable home. Seven adult members of my family spent Christmas week here in 2021. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and we were able to fit a dozen at the table for dinner. Very nice!

Summary: This was a lovely home with plenty of space for our family while we were in Washington for a family wedding. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of a large city like Seattle. Redmond was a perfect central area for us too. There were unfortunately no Koi fish in the pond, but just having the sound of the waterfall made the back deck enjoyable… plus having the use of the Jacuzzi was an added bonus. We had a slight issue getting the WiFi to work, but the box was unplugged… so we just had to plug it back in before it would work. Communication was quick and easy when needed, and check in was a breeze. The property was exceptional. This yard is big enough to host a wedding. I mean… we didn’t, but it could totally be done. My family of 6 stayed with plenty of space… in fact we didn’t even use the room with 4 beds, as there was plenty of room for us in the other 3 rooms.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The house is fantastic - especially the gorgeous yard! The house is quite roomy - the kitchen is huge! Enjoyed the huge shower in the master with the sky lights. The hot tub was also fantastic! There were beds galore everywhere, so everyone slept comfortably. Very nice place!
