Positive: Positives were the quiet and peaceful stay, and the close proximity to Saugatuck and surrounding areas. Also the quick response to discover the cause of the unpleasant smell in the apartment and to alleviate it.
Negative: On the not so positive side: We were very disappointed to find that the description of the apartment was misleading. The description stated, incorrectly, that we would be "on the river", which meant to us that we could sit alongside the K. River and enjoy the peacefulness of being near the water. The river is situated down the long drive, across the road, and with no access through the thick weeds as far as we could see. A few other amenities that we expected based upon the written description were: adequate toilet paper (there were only 2 rolls and we ran out toward the last day of our stay; the outdoor table and chairs would have been enjoyable, however needed to have the bird do-do cleaned off; and we wanted to empty the trash but could not find a single extra trash bag. The hamper in the bathroom closet was full of unlaundered sheets, etc., so we did not leave the sheets from our beds there.
Summary: All in all, we were quite comfortable & conveniently located, however we felt somewhat disappointed

Negative: I don't believe the shower worked.

Negative: Unfortunately the tv was stuck on Korean but no big deal.
