Summary: The online description is accurate. The house is super clean and very well appointed. We really enjoyed the beautiful water view from the sunroom. Furnitures are in great condition, especially the sofa and couches, they aresuper comfortable. Stewart was a fantastic host and we really enjoyed the conversations with him. We did a lot of kayaking and found the launching was very easy from the dock(never got wet). Overall a great experience staying in this beautiful home.

Summary: I'll start by saying this was by far the cleanest rental we've ever encountered! Stewart is just as concerned with the cleanliness of Eagles Perch as someone, like myself, who wants to travel, but feels anxious about how clean the accommodations will be. The property itself is very well maintained and simply beautiful. We live in rural area and encounter some wildlife, but I have never experienced the magnificent display of animals in their natural habitats that this property offers. Between the abundance of birds (eagles, osprey, etc.), reptiles, fish, crab, and deer, there is action every time you look out the big, beautiful windows in the sunroom or off of the large back deck. Did I mention how awesome the sunroom was? It was the best part of the house! I could sit there all day and just watch all of the happenings out on the creek. Additionally, the dock is very well maintained and is perfect for relaxing, fishing, bird watching, and swimming. Stewart has many options for getting out out on the water, too. We mostly took advantage of the white water canoe, but there is also a paddle boat and kayaks upon request. Lastly, I want to acknowledge how truely wonderful Stewart was to us. He met us at the property, showed us around, offered advice that complimented our stay, and was available anytime we had questions. This rental is perfect for unplugging and recharging your internal battery. We will be back!

Summary: The property at Eagles’ Perch was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and so clean. It has amazing views and was located in the perfect spot with almost no noise from other neighbors. In fact there were only a few neighbors which made it feel like you had the water and views all to yourself. I was able to rest, relax, and also exercise in a perfect environment. Thank you so much to Stewart, our host, for making everything so great for our mini-vacation and checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed!! This is the first Vrbo I will absolutely visit again - none of the others compare!

Summary: This is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants a private place to relax and enjoy some beautiful scenery. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. Our host was incredibly welcoming and communicative if we needed anything. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Summary: We had the best time at Eagle’s Perch. We were greeted by Stewart when we arrived. He let us know exactly what to expect during our stay. The house is immaculate and the views from every room go on forever! It was a beautiful weekend, so we spent the majority of our time fishing and sunning on the pier. My daughter and her friend kayaked until their arms were sore. The kitchen is fully stocked, so it was easy to fix meals. Stewart was only a message away if we needed recommendations for dining, shopping, etc. This trip was exactly what we needed to escape and relax. Also, the wonderful bottle of wine that was given to me by Stewart was an excellent way to ring in my 43rd birthday!! We will definitely be back!!!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Eagle's Nest! The property is beautifully situated in a very secluded and peaceful location with an amazing view of Nomini Creek. It's even better in real life than the pictures provided. The home is very nicely done with many thoughtful touches throughout. We spent many hours just sitting in the back room or on the deck looking out over the water. We also made ample use of the dock and the kayaks provided as we spent pretty much every day out on the water kayak fishing catching white perch and catfish. The host, Stuart, was fantastic! He greeted us when we arrived and provided us with a run down of various things to do in the area and later provided us with some great fishing tips! All in all we had an amazing stay. This is a great place if you are looking to get away for some time to just relax and recharge. We hope to be back again next year!
