Positive: Perfect location, around 15 mins walking distance fom centre (Il Duomo), but in quiet area, which allows you to rest very well. Owners / service extremaly nice, friendly and helpfull. Room very clean, vell equiped, quite big, bed very comfortable. Outside beautifull garden with a great jusmine smell. It was a perfect city break - THANK YOU!

The property was magical and its hosts were outstanding - not just helpful, but inviting, attentive, and welcoming every second of our time together. This was a true home away from home. Our room overlooked the beautiful courtyard, tucked secretly away from the street making the experience feel exclusively serene. This space is truly a secret garden, verdantly hidden in the most relaxing sense. Our bed was extremely comfortable, inviting us to a deep sleep each night and we loved every second of our stay. Positive: Warm, welcoming and charming. It was quiet and perfectly located. Fillipo and Lucrezia are delightful and this truly is an oasis of calm and so delighted we stayed. Really comfortable room…I don’t think this could be any better and meant our stay in Florence was just what we hoped for. There are so many small touches and we followed the recommendations for dining out…and ate with local people in incredible restaurants. It is perfectly located with easy walking to the sights whilst being quiet. If you are heading to Florence we couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

Negative: We had to go home in the end!
