Positive: The villa was easy to access, and the host communicated with us well. The location was great, in the middle of the Sea Garden. The room was nicely laid out, clean, and had some utensils we could use.

Negative: The drain in the bathroom would sometimes smell. The handle on the room door was slightly broken. The 2 single beds, pushed into a double, would often slide apart.

Summary: Great place, only a few bug bears, but I honestly recommend.
