Summary: Conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport and close to downtown Hartford, this second story rental is also near a Stop and Shop for groceries, an Italian bakery with awesome cannolis, and a foresty park with pickup basketball and soccer and picnicking. The friendly host responds quickly to messages. By taking advantage of the windows for a cross breeze in the early evening, then alternately using the ceiling fans and the window a/c units in the bedrooms, you can make the upstairs comfortably cool at night. Clean and spacious, provides most basic kitchen items, a great home base from which to explore Hartford and the surrounding communities.

Summary: Shay was amazing. She was easy to reach out to and communication was excellent. A day after the crew arrived, they realized they could not get the stove to work and Shay was right there to enlighten us on how to use it. The guys that were staying said they neighborhood was pleasant. The apartment was very nice. Shay did greet the guys through the Ring Doorbell upon their check in which made them feel comfortable and secure.
